Ryton Teak is a warm choice for half turn staircases, especially where you want the handrail to add a little more colour and character. The teak effect has a golden wood look that works well with neutral walls, natural materials and darker accents, giving both stair runs and the landing section a more inviting finish.

The finish is created using a heat transfer process, giving each pole a realistic wood grain look with the strength of a steel handrail. It gives you the appearance of teak timber, without the sanding, staining or varnishing that real wood can need.

This system is designed for staircases that turn back on themselves with a central landing. With four adjustable elbows included, the handrail can follow the half turn and continue along both stair sections, helping the finished run feel secure, consistent and properly connected.

As part of the heat transfer process, there may be a very fine join line on the underside of each pole. This is a normal feature of the finish and should be positioned facing downwards during installation, where it will sit out of sight once fitted.

Choose either Kineton Matt Black or Edstone Matt White components to complete your handrail system.

Ryton Teak with Kineton Matt Black gives the golden wood effect a stronger contrast. The matt black components add definition to the warmer teak tone, making this pairing well suited to modern hallways, neutral interiors and staircases with black fittings or darker details.

Ryton Teak with Edstone Matt White keeps the overall finish lighter and fresher. The matt white components soften the warmth of the teak effect, making this option a good fit for pale walls, brighter hallways and homes with a clean, simple style.
